Levels of Conscious: Foreword by Kit Carruthers
The conscious is the part of you reading this, the semi-conscious is the part of you processing this. The conscious is the train of thought presenting and controlling, the semi-conscious is the train of thought forming.

The semi-conscious will make decisions, even if you bypass your perceptual filters your semi-conscious will make decisions, almost always these are self sabotage decisions, they can also be adaptive functioning decisions. Rarely are they positive adaptive functioning decisions. If you don't have your head on straight, if you're not aware of yourself, and you have a reason to hate or fear yourself, you may semi-consciously drive yourself into oblivion. Generally, watching yourself, you know yourself, you know what you're doing, you're not going to fall for your semi-conscious decision making. Becoming entirely released from your semi-conscious decision making and attaining full comfortable control is generally something you will only ever attain with meditation or psychedelics. Women are more prone to semi-conscious decision making. Women are more prone to becoming aware of the fact that they are making semi-conscious decisions.

Those of us with natural perceptual filter bypass and those of you who correct their perceptual filters are capable of observing our semi-conscious processes. We're not within them, exactly, but if we want to see them we can generally see them, if we're self aware enough we can generally understand them.

The subconscious is a system of looping information. As with all mammals all of our information is going around and around and around in the background all day every day, sparking your semi-conscious and reminding you of things. Reminding you of what you read earlier, maybe semi-consciously you've been doing some work on this and it's time to revisit. Keeping you ever connected to the life you are within, this causes both mammal problems and mammal brilliance. Maybe every now and then it's reminding you of your repressed memories, but, those will not crack fully conscious. It's interconnected to your body, it's the part of your brain that recognizes your hunger, the reason you crave certain foods is because your subconscious has recognized that your body craves certain nutrients.

Subconscious activity can be observed under the state of hypnosis, and, yes, this is a state of suggestibility. And, yes, sometimes you will find people who wish to play with this, fuck with your memory systems. It happens. However, no, the conspiracy to declare your uncle a child rapist is something we can easily declare logically false. Eventually, we will be capable of observing the subconscious loop of information with neural implants. No matter how much work the neural implant does to translate what it's looking at, it will always be a difficult and confusing thing to observe.

So... It feels really stupid even acknowledging you people, and not because of psychology nerd superiority just because of the general superiority, but, no you don't get to deny the subconscious. Deny the concept of repressed memories. Deny trauma effects you. The only reason you are denying the subconscious is because you feel you need live in your own little world or you were properly educated by somebody who needs to deny the subconscious so they can live in their own little world. It's a weird thing to do, develop the philosophical outlook that the only thing happening within your mind is the single easily visible train of thought so you get to live in the happy delusional fairytale land where everything makes sense and it all revolves around the fact that there is no more to me than my single overly simplified demented train of thought. It does nothing for you and it does very little for us making fun of you. It's just off. It's not even always to cover up your trauma, at least if you need to cover up your trauma I can see why you would need this.

The subconscious will work to ego reinforce, if you're ego invested the subconscious is ALWAYS working to ego reinforce. The unconscious does not, the unconscious only wants to hurt your ego reinforcement.

The unconscious mind is your connection to God. God as the flow of all things, God as the interconnection, God as the sum total of all minds. Do we view God as an individual organism individual consciousness? Yes and no. There is a communicator, the communicator is alive, in a manner, in a manner different than we are, the communicator does not know you does not understand you, the communicator only flows through all of us and delivers information. On it's own it knows basically nothing, whatever it knows it most certainly doesn't understand. On it's own it most certainly feels nothing. The communicator sees only the one receiving the communication, it's not giving you the pure word of God, it's giving you a flow of information, it's giving you the flow of information in the manner the flow of information would be received by your mind.

In your dreams you are capable of understanding things about yourself that you did not understand, in your dreams you are even capable of understanding things about other people that you never would have seen, never would have known. Yes, the mysterious aspect of psychedelics is God. You cannot deny it.
